You were a unique man Terry, a trailblazer in everything you did and truly one of a kind.
    Generous to a fault.
A fabulously intelligent person, the cornerstone of a wonderful family who wanted the best for his children and their families, and worked his socks off for years to make sure they got it.
You were always right, even when you were wrong, in a weird charming way, that we could never argue with.
You had a cheeky smile, a monsterous work ethic, amazing wit and humour, a horrendous temper, and were inappropriate most of the time…….again in such a charming way.
You gave me the chance to discover what I wanted to do in life, as a career, and started me on my journey to where I am today. For that, I will always be forever greatful.
Rest in peace ‘boss’, and see you on the other side.
