We buried my gran today and start to finish you were all so professional everything was so well planned out you kept me and my dad updated with what you was doing we also got to meet Austin which the lovely lady brought him out to see us thank you so much to everyone at Anderson’s and thank you so much for looking after my gran while she was in your care
On the 7th of June 2021 my amazing, handsome dad passed away at our home with me holding his hand. I’m absolutely heart broken as Dad was a constant in mine and my family’s life and he will be forever loved and missed. Anderson’s gave to me and Dad the respect, care, love from picking Dad up from home to his care with them. Nothing has been to much trouble for any of them.. To David I thank you for helping me through the worst weeks of my life ! And for the comfort you gave me on the day of Dads funeral. “Thank you” Geraldine , Catherine and Sarah “ Thank you all too” my life and home has an empty place now with memories and love for a Dad, grandad and great grandad that nothing will ever replace x we love you all .. god bless you for being you x
Myself and my family would like to thank the Anderson family for their professionalism their upmost care compassion and dignity shown to us at a very stressful time.Their attention to detail is second to none. On the day of the funeral David placed a knitted heart into my hand and said my husband was also holding a heart in his casket which really comforted me.
I would not hesitate in recommending the Anderson family for a professional service at a very difficult time.
We were very pleased with the service provided by Anderson’s. From initial contact, through the planning process to the service and departure from the crematorium, we were well informed, guided and put at ease. At a sad and stressful time such as this, we were able to give our thoughts and full attention to the passing our much loved father, grandfather and great-grandfather, and not worry about any of the arrangements. David was kindly, sympathetic and helpful. It was a lovely touch to have a little white heart, knitted by local ladies, given to us and to know there was a matching one in Dad’s casket. Simple but comforting. Anderson’s also recommended a suitable celebrant (Jane Grimes) for the service – she was fantastic. She visited us to get a good feel for Dad and her words reflected him, his life and our love for him. Anderson’s continuing service will also see Dad’s ashes being driven to the church at a time convenient to all. Highly recommend.
The family of Olive would like to thanks David, Catherine, Ryan and Sarah and the rest of the team for all of the compassion, professionalism and care shown to us all during this very difficult time, their respect and care is second to none, we have had a difficult couple of years and used Anderson’s on each occasion and everytime they deliver the most respectful and perfect service. We cant thank you enough for all you have done for us in this difficult time.
The little things make the biggest difference from the moment my mum was picked up knew she was being well looked after little rose left where mum passed and those little things did not stop .. the family were very supportive with answering questions and nothing was to much trouble they were respectful and professional throughout meeting requests or offering additional services .. can not recommend them enough as a choice for funeral directors I know it’s not somthing we like to think about and so I was totally unaware of what to expect but after hearing the differences in how the family run business attended to us in comparison with larger sometimes cheaper directors I know the choice was the right one. thank you Anderson family for making a hard time that bit easier x
Very professional service provided by Anderson’s.
From start to finish everything was taken care of by a lovely friendly family run business.
The team did an amazing job on the day under the circumstances and battled against the elements with no complaints.
Would not hesitate in recommending the wonderful team at Anderson’s.
Once again a big thank you from Marguerita, Tina & Stephen
Thank you for everything you did for my Dad. His funeral was the hardest thing I have ever had to sort out in my entire life. Every time we spoke you always managed to calm me down, and help me sort a situation out. For this I will be forever thankful for. I live in Essex so it’s harder for me, but you managed to have my Dads ashes sorted in record time, so I was able to bring him home. Thank you for making his funeral go without any issues during this awful pandemic we are currently in, and I am truly grateful you allowed the family to pay their respects and say their final goodbyes. 🌹
Thanks To You All … for your caring and understanding towards us, during my beautiful Mum’s passing. We cannot express how deeply we valued your Kindness and professionalism. ❤️
I cannot thank the team at Andersons enough for the service they provided upon the sad passing of my Nan Mary. Catherine & The team were so professional yet compassionate and nothing was too much trouble.
Every little detail was taken into consideration and I would not hesitate to recommend their service to others.
Thank you for being so thoughtful and understanding & treating my nan with the respect and dignity that she deserves x
I’d like to pass on my families thanks and gratitude to you.
Funerals are an uncertain time, doubly so in the current world situation. Wilfs passing was managed with humanity and dignity. So many little touches that served to add to the whole process. And that’s the key. It didn’t feel like a process .
I wanted to start on behalf of my family in thanking all the team at Anderson’s for the dignified and professional approach you displayed in preparedness for and on the day of mum’s funeral, I felt you treated us like your own kith and kin and you are all a credit to your own mother who should be extremely proud of the ethos and standards upheld by you all throughout this time of our extreme grief.
It was the small things which made the final journey more bearable. The temporary memorial at the graveside to enable us recognise mum’s last resting place to ensure it isn’t unmarked, the beautiful bouquet of flowers you sent and made us smile and remember mum fondly. When not realising that we couldn’t access the limousine and going into melt down because my car wasn’t clean (my family will tell you I go to no special occasion without a gleaming car) to then off er to valet said vehicle was just above and beyond, what can I say but thank you.
We all wish you all well and hope you keep safe until we can return to the ‘new’ normal.
