PITT, Ernest ‘Roger’ peacefully passed away at Countess of Chester Hospital on 23rd February 2025, aged 85 years. Dearly loved Husband of Dorothy. Adored Father of Karen, Lisa and Father-in-law of Arthur. Cherished grandfather of Laura, Sophie, Emma, Ellis, Lily, and grandfather-in-law of Chris and Jamie. Beloved Great-Grandfather.
Roger will be greatly missed by all his family and friends.
The Funeral Service took place on Tuesday 18th March 2025 at Chester Crematorium at 2:40 p.m., followed by a reception at Whitby Sports and Social Club.
Donations in aid of The Alzheimer’s Society were gratefully received in Roger’s Memory.
