SCHOTT, Philip ‘Phil’ peacefully passed away at Countess of Chester Hospital on 18th July 2018, aged 65 years.
Dearly loved Husband and best friend and soul mate of Sandra. Loving Dad to Tracy & Jason. Father-in-law to Alan. Cherished Grandad to James & Kayleigh. Much loved Brother. Phil was known as such a friendly, helpful person who got along with everybody and treated everyone as an equal.
Phil will be greatly missed by all his family and friends.
Funeral Service and Committal on Thursday 26th July 2018 at Chester Crematorium at 10:40 a.m.
Family flowers only please, however a donation in aid of Intensive Care Unit and Hematology Ward at The Countess of Chester Hospital would be gratefully received.
The family request that mourners wear colorful casual clothing.
