SHUTTLEWORTH, Margaret ‘Marg’ peacefully passed away at the Countess of Chester Hospital on 30th June 2025, aged 80 years. Cherished wife to Jim. Dear Mum to Gary, Alan, Lee and Dawn. Mother-in-law to Helen, Susy and Kerry. Much loved Grandma to Owen, Jak, Ben, Kitty-Mae, Joe, Dale, Jamie, Ryan, Stefan, Molly and Chiara. Sister to John, Peter, Dave and Dorothy.

Funeral Service to be held on Friday 8th August 2025 at Chester Crematorium at 1:20 p.m.
Family flowers only please however, a donation in aid of the Neuro Therapy Centre, Saltney, would be gratefully received.

My Aunty Marg, mad as a hatter, always had a smile on her face, and was life and soul of any family gathering, you will be missed ❤️
I loved doing Margaret’s garden and chatting with her and Jim. In the summer she would watch me and chat about plants, gardens she and Jim had visited, the state of the nation; anything really and she always injected her dry sense of humour which made me laugh.
It was a real pleasure working for her and I always looked forward to the latest news on the foxes at the bottom of her garden.
