Adored son of Mum, Shannon, and Dad, Cal.

A dearly loved grandson, great-grandson, nephew, cousin and friend.

KJ was a bright and loving little boy who brought so much happiness into the lives of everyone who knew him. Full of personality, warmth and charm, he had a cheeky smile and a kind heart that made him truly unforgettable.

He loved K-pop Demon Hunters and could often be found lost in his favourite shows and characters. KJ enjoyed football, especially spending time playing and talking about the game. Above all, his greatest love was LFC, which he followed with pride and excitement.

KJ was fun and mischievous, he filled every room with laughter. He will be deeply missed every day, but the love he gave so freely will remain in our hearts forever.

Shannon and Cal would like to thank everyone for the outpouring of love and support from the community during this incredibly difficult time.

KJ’s funeral service will take place on Wednesday 20th May and will be a private service.

However, his loving family warmly invite anyone who wishes to pay their respects to join them in saying farewell as KJ leaves from the Boat Museum, Ellesmere Port, from 13.15pm on Wednesday 20th May.

Those attending are kindly asked to wear black and red in memory of Kanan Jay.
