Joyce Alwyn SPENSER, peacefully passed away at Mayfields Care Home on 1st April 2025, aged 89 years . Reunited with her loving husband Brian and their dear son Steven. Cherished Mum to Lee. Nan to Darren, Victoria, Jennifer, Alex and David. Great grandmother to Aaron, Reggie and William.
Joyce will be greatly missed by all her family and friends.
Funeral Service to be held on Wednesday 30th April 2025 at St Paul’s Hooton at 1:30 p.m., followed by burial at Overpool Cemetery.
Family flowers only please, however a donation in aid of Cancer Research UK would be gratefully received.
A lovely lady who was a very special friend to me. She introduced me and my late husband in 1977 and we married in 1980. Joyce and her late husband Brian came to the Wedding held in Coventry Cathedral. Our special friendship has continued. She was a truly kind and inspirational lady who I will always remember with fondness.
What a wonderful lady. The best of friends and a wonderful Nan to my children. Joyce will be missed so much by my family.
