Peacefully passed away at Whitby House Care Home on 27 April 2026, aged 96 years. Reunited with her beloved late husband, George Baxter.
Cherished mum to Gary and Paul, and mother-in-law to Tracey and Norma. A much-loved Grandma to Julie, Stuart, Ashlea, Elisha, Jack, Harry, Max, Billy and Charlie, and a proud Great-Grandma to Lacey, Layne, Finley, Orla, Chester, Twiggy and Flora.
Doreen will be especially missed by Alan, her soul companion and a cherished part of her family.
Funeral service to take place on Wednesday 13th May 2026 at Chester Crematorium at 10:00 a.m.
Family flowers only, please. Donations in loving memory of Doreen would be gratefully received and donated to her long supported charity ‘The Heart Foundation’.
