BARTLEY, Derek Sutton peacefully passed away at home on 14th September 2025, aged 94 years. Dearly loved husband of Nellie. Beloved father of Ian, Jan, and father-in-law of Lynn and Jon. Adored grandfather of Dayna, Nicola, Lori, Lauren, and great-grandfather of Ava, Millie, Valerie, Casper, Maxwell, and Rosanna.
Derek will be greatly missed by all his family and friends.
Funeral Service to be held on Wednesday 1st October 2025 at Chester Crematorium at 2:40 p.m.
Family flowers only please however, a donation in aid of Cancer Research would be gratefully received.

It was a real pleasure to have met Mr Derek on one occasion, he was a warm gentle and kind gentleman, who had a fabulous innings.
My thoughts and prayers are with all the family especially Ian and Lynn who looked after him so beautifully in his final days.
