Marian peacefully passed away at the Countess of Chester Hospital on 6th May 2026, aged 93 years. Reunited with her beloved husband Joe and sons Tony and Pete. A devoted Mum to Kath and Liz and daughter-in-law Lisa, and a much-loved Nana to Joe and Liv.

Marian will be greatly missed by all her family and friends. A celebration of her life will be held between 16:30 and 19:30 on Tuesday 2nd June prior to her funeral service. Please contact a family member or Anderson’s Funeral Directors for details.

Requiem Mass for Marian will take place on Tuesday 2nd June 2026 at Our Lady’s Star of the Sea R.C. Church, Ellesmere Port, at 20:00. A private burial will then take place on Wednesday 3rd June 2026 at Overpool cemetery.

Family flowers only, please. Any donations in memory of Marian would be gratefully received and will go to Memory Lane, Ward 50 at The Countess of Chester Hospital, who looked after Marian so well during her final days.
