FOULKES, Stephen William peacefully passed away at Countess of Chester Hospital on 1st April 2020, aged 79 years.


Stephen will be greatly missed by all his family and friends.


Funeral Service held on Tuesday 21st April 2020 at Chester Crematorium at 11:20 a.m.
