PEMBERTON, Phyllis peacefully passed away at Old Rectory Care Home on 25th April 2020, aged 93 years.
Phyllis will be greatly missed by all her family and friends.
Funeral Service and Burial held on Thursday 7th May 2020 at Holy Trinity Church at 4:00 p.m.
