WIMBUSH, Rodney ‘Rod’ peacefully passed away at the Hospice of the Good Shepherd on 25th July 2019, aged 72 years.

Loving Partner to the late Janet

Dearly loving Dad to Karen Paul and Ammna. Cherished Grandad to all of his Grandchildren.

 

Rodney will be sadly missed by all his family and friends.

 

Funeral Service and Committal to take place at Chester Crematorium Monday 12th August at 2:40 p.m.

 

Family flowers only please, however a donation in aid of the Hospice of the Good Shepherd would be gratefully received.

    So very sorry to hear this, Rod was a truly wonderful kind man. So many fond memories of him and the good times we shared at Volkswagen club events and camping at shows. Sending all our sympathy to Rod’s family, may he rest in peace.

    What a truly remarkable man. He was the life and soul of the VW trips, plenty of laughs on our road-trips and i’ve grown up with Rod being one of the first people I met in the VW scene. Never took life too seriously and will be greatly missed x
