HORGAN, Philomena Maria ‘Phil’ peacefully passed away at Countess of Chester Hospital on 2nd July 2025, aged 88 years. Reunited with her late husband Mike. Dearly loved mother of Marie, Colette, Julie, Michael, Peter and Mother-in-law of Paul Carl, Jo, and Pam. Adored grandmother
of Daniel, Keely, Louise, Thomas, Rachel, Samantha, David, Jennifer, Sean, Liam, Katie, Erin, Jack and all her great-grandchildren.
Phil was a member of the Union of Catholic Mothers for many years and volunteered at the Saint Vincent de Paul Charity Shop at Cemetery Gates.
Phil will be greatly missed by all her family and friends.
Funeral Mass to be held on Tuesday 22nd July 2025 at Our Lady’s Star of the Sea Catholic Church, Ellesmere Port at 8:45 a.m., followed by Committal at Chester Crematorium.
Family flowers only please; however, a donation in aid of Alder Hey Children’s Hospice would be gratefully received.
