Mary Whitby

WHITBY, Mary Bridget peacefully passed away at Thornton House Care Home on 4th March 2026, aged 92 years. Dearly loved mother of Margaret, John, Collette, the late Bridget and mother-in-law of David, Nicola, Paul and the late Keith.

Adored grandmother of Kerris, Richard, Emma, Kylie, Lisa, Stephen, Rachel, Ella, Lewis, Jade, Kyle and the late Tracey, 16 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.

Mary will be greatly missed by all her family and friends.

Funeral Service to be held on Thursday 2nd April 2026 at Chester Crematorium at 2 p.m.

Family flowers only please however, a donation in aid of British Heart Foundation would be gratefully received.
