SERGEANT – Margaret
Peacefully passed away at the Countess of Chester Hospital on 24th July 2026, aged 90 years.
Reunited with her beloved husband, Eddie.
Cherished Mum to Debbie, Paul and Janet; much-loved mother-in-law to Sarah and Barry; devoted Nanny Noo Noo to Joanne, David, Natasha, Byron, Rachel, Daniel and Emily; and treasured Great Nanny Noo Noo to Willow, Summer, Harrison, Florence, Tabitha, Jesse, Lottie and Teddy. A much-loved sister to Rebecca, Mary and the late Tommy.
Margaret will be greatly missed by all her family and friends.
A funeral service will take place on Wednesday 19th August 2026 at Chester Crematorium at 12:00 p.m.
Family flowers only, please. Donations, if desired, in aid of The Donkey Sanctuary would be gratefully received.

My beautiful mum, my best friend. I’m still struggling to write this as I try to face each day without you. Mum you were perfect in every way and didn’t deserve to leave so suddenly. I am so sorry I couldn’t save you and keep you here longer. I’m heartbroken and lost without you. Keep shining bright up there with dad, your both together and free from pain. Have them shopping bags ready for when I arrive back to you once again, oh the fun we’ll have like we did when you were here. I love you and will miss you every second of my life.
