James 'Jim' Greenaway

GREENAWAY, James “Jim” Peacefully passed away on 24 August 2026, aged 87 years.

Reunited with his beloved wife, Linda, who sadly passed away only in June of this year.

A dearly loved father to Suzanne and father-in-law to Steve. A cherished Grandad to Darryl and Josh, and Grandad Jim to Luke and Daisy. Much-loved brother to Brendan and the late Bobby, Frank and Sadie.

Jim will be greatly missed by all his family and friends.

The funeral service will be held on Monday 21st September 2026 at 10:40 a.m. at Chester Crematorium.

Family flowers only, please. However, donations in loving memory of Jim would be gratefully received.
