Sadly passed away on 7th September 2026, aged 46 years.
Dearly loved wife of Allan. Adored Mum to Harry and Darcey. Much loved daughter of Graham and the late Isobel. Dear sister to Stefan, Sean, Lucy and Edith, and sister-in-law to Joanna and Sharon. A much loved Aunty to Emily, Ryan, Amy and Katy.
Gráinne will be deeply missed by all her family, friends and everyone who knew and loved her.
Gráinne’s Funeral Service will take place on Tuesday 6th October 2026 at Chester Crematorium at 2:40 p.m.
Family flowers only please; however, donations in aid of the Darby Rimmer MND foundation would be gratefully received.
