Stephen John Edwards, ‘Steve’ peacefully passed away at Countess of Chester Hospital on 17th July 2023, aged 63 years.
Dearly loved Husband of Anne.
Adored Father of Louise, Jessica, Jacob, and Father-in-law to Stevie.
Cherished Grandad of Spencer, Kingsley, and one more on the way.
Beloved Brother of Michael, Son-in-law of Kathleen, Bother-in-law of Julie, and Uncle of David and Laura.
Steve served in Merseyside Police for 30 years.
He will be greatly missed by all his family and friends.
Funeral Service on Wednesday 9th August 2023 at Chester Crematorium at 3:20 p.m.
Family flowers only please, however a donation in aid of The ICU Unit and The Myeloma Cancer Unit at The Countess of Chester Hospital would be gratefully received.

Martyn and I were so saddened to read the news of Steve’s passing. Although we didn’t know Steve very well we did enjoy our time in Italy spent with Steve, Anne and family at Jesse and Stevie’s wedding.
Steve was such a lovely man; thoughtful, kind and with such a good humour.
