HUBBARD: Phyllis passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family 6th November 2016, aged 72 years. She will be sadly missed by John, Tiffany, Ian and all who knew her. Funeral Service to take place Tuesday 15th November at St Thomas’ Church, Ellesmere Port 1:30pm, followed by Committal at Chester Crematorium. Family flowers only please, but a donation in lieu would be gratefully received for the Chemotherapy Suite at the Countess of Chester Hospital.
