GREEN: Patrick, peacefully passed away at the Countess of Chester Hospital 19th May 2017 aged 91 years. Loved Husband to Mary, Dad to Kath and Patrick, Father-in-law to Stephen and Allison Granddad to Martin and Paul, Great Grandad to Ella, Henry, Matilda and George. Brother to Martin and Joseph. He will sadly be missed by all of his family and friends.
Requiem Mass to take place Wednesday 31st May 9:30 am at Our Lady Start of the Sea Church, Ellesmere Port followed by a private family burial at Overpool Cemetery.
Family flowers only please, however a donation in lieu would be gratefully received for the British Heart Foundation and CAFOD.
