Hazel peacefully passed away at her dream home on 17th June 2022, aged 69 years.
Dearly loved Wife to Raymond. Dear Mother to Sharon, Terri, Steven, and Elaine. Mother-in-Law to Dave, Pete, and David. Cherished Grandmother to Ryan, Megan, and Bethan. Sister-in-law to Jan.
Hazel will be greatly missed by all her family and friends.
A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday 14th July 2022 at Chester Crematorium at 11:20 a.m.
Family flowers only please, however a donation in aid of The Delamere Ward, Clatterbridge, and Macmillan would be gratefully received.
