DUFFY, Glenys passed away at home on 5th February 2026, aged 78 years. Dearly loved wife of John. Adored mum of John, Susan, Joanne, Michael and the late Kerry Marie. Beloved sister, aunty, grandma, and great grandma.
Glenys grew up in Ellesmere Port, working as a dinner lady at St Bernard’s, Our Lady’s and Mill Lane school. Her kindness and radiant smile will remain a cherished memory for all who had the privilege of knowing her. She will be greatly missed by all her family and friends.
Funeral Service to be held on Monday 2nd March 2026 at St Thomas Church, Ellesmere Port at 10 a.m. followed by committal at Chester Crematorium.
Family flowers only please however, a donation in aid of Dementia UK would be gratefully received.
