YORK, Gary, peacefully passed away at Countess of Chester Hospital on 19^th March 2018, aged 55 years.

Gary will be greatly missed by all his family and friends.

Funeral Service and Committal to take place on Monday 16^th April at Chester Crematorium at 2:00 pm.

Macmillan Cancer Support at the Countess of Chester Hospital would be gratefully received.
