WILLIAMS: Cyril ‘Ciggy’ peacefully passed away surrounded by his family 25th February 2017 aged 84 years. Reunited with his wife Pauline. He will be sadly missed by his partner Helen, children Wayne, Kevin, Chris, Sue, Step-Children Angela, Andrew and the late Ian. He was adored by his fifteen grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
Funeral service and Committal to take place at Chester Crematorium Monday 27th March 12 noon. Family flowers only please but a donation in lieu would be gratefully received for the British Heart Foundation and the lung foundation. Football shirts preferred.
