HAMMOND, Gill, peacefully passed away at home surrounded by her family on 3rd January 2018, aged 69.
Loving Partner to William, Cherished Mum to Paul, Lee, Mark, Michelle and Sean & Mother-in-law to Debbie. Adored Nan, Great-Nan, Sister & Auntie.
Gill will be greatly missed by all her family and friends.
Funeral Service on Friday 19th January 2018 at Chester Crematorium at 10:40 a.m.
